I absolutely love tracking my progress and I want you to love it too! I know that sounds super nerdy and I am okay with that.
If you have never tracked your progress on your goals before, then you really don’t know what you are missing out on.
Most people think it to be a hassle to find a way to track their progress and take the time to actually do it.
Do not have this mindset.
Tracking your progress consistently is vital for your success. There I go with that success word again!
I am not just telling you to do this for the sake of making it sound like I know what I am talking about. I wouldn’t do that to you.
I am telling you to take the time to do this because it is going to offer you a lot. And I personally know what it can do for you if you put in the effort.
By tracking your progress, you are going to be able to actually see your progress.
That’s a great motivator and lets you know you are moving in the right direction!
Think of it as a running record of all your badassery!
Tracking is also helpful because, if you aren’t making the progress you think you should be, then you know you need to make some changes.
Plus, if you are great at tracking, you will be able to know what is or isn’t working for you.
For example, maybe you find you are motivated more if you set a goal, reach it, and reward yourself with a small incentive for reaching that goal. These are important to track so you can utilize or stay away from them as you move on to new, bigger goals.
Or maybe you see that Mondays are a real struggle for you. This puts you in a better position to figure out how you can motivate yourself, so Mondays aren’t so bad.
And, if you are a believer in the laws of attraction, thinking about your goals more will help make them a reality.
You can gain all of this by simply taking the time to track your progress. And to be honest, it really doesn’t take up that much time.

How To Use This Today
Start to track your progress. You can track progress even on the small goals you set. You just need to decide how you plan on following your advancement.
Take the prior example of walking an extra 500 steps each day. You could make up a sheet with your step goal on it. Then, each day you could write down the steps you took that day.
You could even write down how many steps you took each hour, if you really want to get into it.
Or you could simply have a checkbox each day to mark yes or no as to reaching your step goal that day.
There are many different ways you can track your progress. You just need to find what is going to be more effective for you.
